School Administrator

F Grade – Permanent – 35 hours per week – 8am – 3.30pm

Mount Charles School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and committed School Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team and make a positive contribution across the school.

You will provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the school. You will be the first point of contact with the general public in person and by telephone. Previous administrative experience is essential and knowledge of school programmes such a SIMS and ParentPay desirable, although not essential.

You must be passionate about children’s learning and supportive in working with and alongside other professionals. You must be committed to maintaining high standards and expectations.
