£9,976 gross per annum

Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is seeking to appoint a Payroll Assistant to join our central HR team as soon as possible.  This is a fixed-term position for 12 months in the first instance, to be based at our St Austell office.  Hours are to be worked flexibly through the month, based on payroll deadlines.

The successful applicant will undertake the administration of the computerised and manual payroll processes ensuring that the payment of salaries and wages and other expenses is performed efficiently, accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with legislation and conditions of service for Trust employees.

This is an exciting time to join our large and dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and eight primary schools, with a Free School (primary) to open in 2021.
