Are you currently working as a supply teacher, very recently qualified but not yet completed your NQT year or recently retired from teaching? If so, Fowey Primary School has the perfect opportunity for you!
Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is seeking to appointa teacher to join our happy, successful school for the summer term for at least two days a week.
You will be based in a very small Year 2 class (13 pupils) but will also ideally cover at least one day in Year 5/6 (26 pupils).
This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to gain teaching experience before starting their NQT year, someone who would like to support during the pandemic for a short period or for someone who wants a short break from the changing nature of supply teaching.
This is an exciting time to join our large and dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and eight primary schools, with a Free School (primary) to open in September 2021.
Cornwall has a hugely diverse landscape with nearly a third of the county designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Cornwall is almost completely surrounded by sea with dramatic coastline, captivating fishing harbours, spectacular sandy beaches and a rich cultural heritage.
