Permanent, 37 hours per week

Term Time only plus 5 INSET days (39 working weeks / 44.263 paid weeks)

Salary £16,095 – £18,903 gross per annum (Pay and grading review pending)

We are seeking a permanent Learning Centre Manager to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team of staff as soon as possible.  The role of the Learning Centre Manager will be to triage the teaching and learning needs of individual students attending the Learning Centre and decide on the appropriate provision of support.  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a calm, purposeful and welcoming learning environment where students feel safe and supported in their learning.

This is an exciting time to join our large and dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and eight primary schools, with a Free School (primary) to open in 2021.

Cornwall has a hugely diverse landscape with nearly a third of the county designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  Cornwall is almost completely surrounded by sea with dramatic coastline, captivating fishing harbours, spectacular sandy beaches and a rich cultural heritage.
