This is an exciting time to join our large, dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and eight primary schools with a Free School (primary) to open in September 2021. We are looking to recruit an inspirational Director of English to play a critical role in our drive to ensure that our English and Literacy curriculum challenges, inspires and engages all of our students. You will be an inspiring and excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record of results, committed to promoting and developing a love of English and Literacy across the curriculum. You will be responsible for:

The strategic development of English and literacy skills across the school;
The provision of line management for the Curriculum Team Leader (English) and the faculty;
Quality assurance of English provision and literacy across the school.
