Part time maternity cover (2/3 days per week for 6 months initially)

Grade K £35,484 – £40,052 pro rata per annum

Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is seeking to appoint an Interim HR Lead to cover a period of maternity leave. The role will require HR strategic leadership, advice, guidance and practical operational support to the Trustees, CELT Executive, Headteachers, Senior Leadership Teams, other Leadership staff, and employees across the Trust.

This is a really exciting time to join CELT HR as the department are implementing a new HR platform, investing and developing CPD and talent management across the Trust and evolving the people management strategy with staff health and wellbeing at the heart of all we do.

Therefore, the successful candidate will have significant experience in employee relations and complex case work, working with unions and partnership organisations and a proven track record in delivering HR projects. It would be advantageous if the successful candidate had experience of implementing and developing HR software.

The Trust has four secondary schools, one junior school and nine primary schools, primarily located in Newquay and St Austell.
