Teaching Assistant, Newquay Tretherras

Permanent, 30 hours per week

Term Time only plus INSET (38.6 working weeks / 43.809 paid weeks)

Starting salary £11,710 actual gross per annum (Pay and grading review pending)

We are seeking a permanent Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team of staff from 1^st September 2021.  This role will involve supporting the learning needs of students, under the direction of teaching staff, and will suit a reliable individual with good literacy, numeracy and communication skills. 

Newquay Tretherras is part of Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT), a family of Cornish Primary and Secondary Schools, with a strategic vision of ‘learning together to help every child achieve more’.  This is an exciting time to join our large and dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and eight primary schools, with a Free School (primary) to open in 2021.
