
DEPUTY SITE MANAGER, Poltair School and Penrice Academy (Ref: POL021)
Grade H, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary on appointment: £21,996 per annum

Permanent Contract – required for 1 September 2021
We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work as a Deputy Site Manager across two Secondary Schools within Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT), a family of Cornish Primary and Secondary Schools, with a strategic vision to ‘learn together to help every child achieve more’. This is an exciting time to join our large, dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and eight primary schools with a Free School (primary) to open in September 2021. There is a real commitment to professional development within the school and across the Trust, with unparalleled CPD and career development prospects.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to play an integral role in the leadership of the Site Teams at Poltair School and Penrice Academy, providing a professional and proactive service to staff, students and other external parties.
The successful candidate will support the Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running and maintenance of the two sites, as well as delivering projects that will further enhance the facilities and provision across the schools.
