We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Headteacher at Pondhu School from January 202 to develop our school in accordance with its shared values and school development plans and to be accountable for improving outcomes for our pupils. You will have demonstrable experience in leading curriculum projects and initiatives across a school and the ability to communicate a vision and inspire others to improve practice. Successful leadership and management experience in a senior role within a school is desirable.
Pondhu School is very fortunate to have a dedicated and talented team of staff and Governors who are committed to providing our children with rich learning experiences within a beautiful setting and modern facilities.
Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is a family of Cornish Primary and Secondary Schools with a strategic vision of ‘learning together to help every child achieve more’. This is an exciting time to join our large, dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating over 7,500 learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and nine primary schools. At CELT we believe there is no limit to what every child can achieve, and that every child deserves the chance to fulfil their potential. We are committed to ensuring that each child in each of our academies in each of the communities we serve is healthy, safe, engaged, supported and challenged.
