Grade G, 37 hours per week, 39 working weeks per year
Actual Salary Range: £16,479 – £20,900 per annum
Permanent contract – required as soon as possible

We are seeking to appoint a vibrant, energetic Pastoral Manager to join our team. We require a dynamic individual who will support students with pastoral concerns and provide high quality guidance to help our young people to achieve the best outcomes.
It will be a requirement to establish constructive relationships with parents/carers and external agencies, to encourage positive family support and involvement, to regularly review attendance, behaviour and attainment to give our students the best chance of success, and to identify students at risk of disaffection.
