35 hours per week-term time plus 5 INSET days + 7 additional days
Actual gross starting salary £16,148
Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is seeking to appoint an Office Supervisor at Newquay Junior Academy, to ensure that admin support across the school is delivered effectively and to an excellent standard.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Creating, maintaining and monitoring effective systems to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school office and administrative/clerical systems across the school.
- Managing pupil attendance, ensuring an efficient system for the sending of attendance letters and reporting of attendance statistics, and ensuring other school records and files remain up to date, complaint with current legislations and that all information retained meets the data protection legislative requirements.
- Maintenance of electronic and manual records including completion or returns, reports and statistics such as CENSUS, key stage date, attainment data and outcomes, pupil premium and free school meals as required by the LA and other third parties.
- To manage the coordination and updating of all media platforms.
