Permanent – Required to start as soon as possible

52 paid weeks – includes 25 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays

Starting salary £16,490 actual gross per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team who ensure that school facilities are maintained to a high standard, and who provide a pleasant and safe environment for students and staff.  The role involves prioritising and carrying out a broad range of general building and grounds repairs and maintenance tasks with major repairs being undertaken by specialist contractors.  Our ideal candidate for this job will have evidence of success in completing general building repair and maintenance tasks and knowledge of the requirements of health and safety legislation relevant to the job. This is a fairly physical role which requires a flexible approach and can-do attitude.  As this is a customer facing role, it is important that you bring a helpful and friendly attitude.
