
Finance Support Officer, Newquay Tretherras, Ref: NT25
Permanent – Required to start as soon as possible
Full-time, 37 hours per week
52 weeks includes 25 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays
Starting salary £18,327 actual gross per annum
We are seeking to appoint a permanent Finance Support Officer to provide administrative support relating to all aspects of the school’s finances. The successful candidate will be joining a professional and supportive team with a strong collegiate atmosphere. The role will involve operating the Trust’s computerised accounting systems, including such activities as processing orders for goods and services, inputting payments, journal vouchers and report generation. Previous experience of school finance would be advantageous but is not essential. There are extensive opportunities to work collaboratively with experienced professionals and leaders across the Trust with unparalleled CPD and career development prospects for all.
The successful candidate will have:
- An appropriate standard of academic qualifications.
- Training in financial procedures and experience of financial duties.
- Good level of administration skills and ability to manage own workload effectively.
