Teachers’ Main / Upper Pay Scale
Full Time, Permanent Contract – required for September 2022
At Poltair School, you will work in an exciting, fast-paced and highly motivated, yet supportive environment. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards for behaviour, engagement and academic outcomes. Poltair is a school steeped in history on an exponential journey of success, supported as part of Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT), a family of Cornish Primary and Secondary Schools, with a strategic vision to ‘learn together to help every child achieve more’. This is an exciting time to join our large, dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and nine primary schools. There are extensive opportunities to work collaboratively with experienced professionals and leaders across the Trust with unparalleled CPD and career development prospects for all.
We are seeking to appoint a committed and aspirational teacher, with strong subject knowledge and a genuine desire to share their passion for languages. You will be able to inspire students and enable them to learn and progress exceptionally well. We welcome applications from teachers who can deliver Spanish to GCSE, with the ability to teach any additional languages being advantageous, but not essential.
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced teacher to join our growing MFL department at Poltair School. We offer an extensive and highly supportive programme for our Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and a diverse range of professional improvement opportunities for more experienced staff.
If you are interested in this position and wish to have an informal conversation, please contact Rebecca Yeo, CELT Leader in MFL, via email: email@example.com
