Grade G, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Actual Starting Salary: £22,601 per annum
Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2023

This is an exciting time to join our large and dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating over 7,500 learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and nine primary schools.
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational, and passionate Sport Development Officer to enhance our extensive sporting provision. The position includes taking a leading role in our extra-curricular programme. The successful candidate will have outstanding subject knowledge in the Health and Fitness Industry and a keen sense of business acumen. We are seeking to develop sports camps during holiday periods, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and running these activities. Experience of working in schools, and an understanding of the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme would be a distinct advantage. The role will also involve managing our world class strength and conditioning facility, and growing our lettings offer to the local community. This is a truly exciting opportunity to develop a new role in our school.
