Permanent role 26.25 hours per week-Monday to Thursday-term time+5 days

Starting salary £11,284

Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join us at Newquay Junior Academy to start June 2022. The successful candidate will be required to:

• teach classes when teachers are engaged in planning, preparation and assessment sessions.

• supervise classes during short term absence of the assigned teacher.

• need to manage the behaviour of pupils whilst they complete the work set by teachers. The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team are essential.

The post will suit a reliable individual with good literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
