Actual Salary Range: £17,071 – £21,650 per annum

We are delighted to offer these exciting opportunities to join the Administration Team at Poltair School, where the successful candidates will play integral roles in the daily operations and running of the school.
The key roles and responsibilities of this team will include HR and recruitment administration, organising cover for staff absence, overseeing the school calendar, supporting with the planning and organisation of school events and initiatives, leading on communication with parents via letters and email, and supporting with the maintenance of student and staff records and systems.
The successful candidates will be well organised, with excellent communication and administrative skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment. Full training and support will be provided but previous administrative experience is essential, as well as flexibility towards working hours to meet the operational needs of the school.
