“Learning together to help every child achieve more.”

Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is a family of Cornish Primary and Secondary Schools with a strategic vision of ‘learning together to help every child achieve more’.  This is an exciting time to join our large, dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating over 7,500 learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and nine primary schools.  At CELT we believe there is no limit to what every child can achieve, and that every child deserves the chance to fulfil their potential.

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Headteacher to join our Trust’s successful leadership team. This role will initially be based at St Mewan School from September 2023 and will play a vital role in our Trust’s school improvement strategy.

The successful candidate will share our vision and values and have a proven track record in school leadership. A desire to continuously improve teaching, learning and outcomes is essential. Ofsted training and experience of school-to-school support would be advantageous.
