FINANCE ASSISTANT

The successful candidate will:

  • Support the CELT Finance Team in managing financial practices and procedures across Cornwall Education Learning Trust.
  • Ensure legitimate and appropriate spending of all income. The recording of this to be in a timely manner and accurate payments to suppliers to be made within the agreed terms.
  • Be responsible for leading the transactional financial processing at the allocated Trust’s schools.
  • Advise on a day to day basis members of school-based staff in ensure compliance with CELT finance policy and the ESFA Handbook
